Three People Charged with Manufacture of Methamphetamine

Okaloosa County Drug Task Force officials and State Probation and Parole Officers found drug paraphernalia, chemicals used to make meth and a cooker containing about 45 grams of meth Friday at a home on Kit Drive in Crestview. Emmanuel Villareal, 40, Amanda Wheeler, 30, and Crystal Haynes, 36, were charged with multiple counts each, including Trafficking in Methamphetamine.
