D'Angelo Markqui Hyland, 18, of the 2000 block of Freemansburg Avenue, was advised his photo was in the news so he turned himself in at 8 o'clock, police said early this morning in a news release. Hyland was arraigned before District Judge Jacqueline Taschner on charges of robbery, theft and terroristic threats and sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of 10 percent of $50,000 bail, police said.
