Zanesville Man Killed in Accident

The Noble County Sheriff's Office said that around 10:30 p.m. Thursday, July 3 a vehicle driven by 66-year-old James Searles was traveling west on State Route 78, east of Caldwell, when a family argument erupted inside the vehicle.

Fourth of July holiday: No mail, no newspaper, plenty of celebrations ...

A newspaper will be published Sunday, July 6, and regular offices hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., resume Monday, July 7. Due to the holiday there will be neither mail delivery nor pick-up at the Cambridge post office Friday, and the customer service window will be closed.
