Wilbanks elected to Superior Court

The Conasauga Superior Court will have a new judge in January. On Tuesday, Dalton Municipal Court Judge Jim Wilbanks defeated incumbent Judge David Blevins by 4,140 votes to 2,766 votes in a nonpartisan runoff, according to unofficial numbers on the Georgia Secretary of State's website.
