4 girls caught after trying to run down police officer

CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. -- Four girls who escaped from a central Indiana home for troubled youths have been captured after trying to run down a police officer in a stolen van, prompting the officer to open fire on them, Indiana State Police said Sunday.
