New Info: State Police Continue I-68 Fatal Accident Investigation
“We believe it was leaking out at about a gallon per minute - it was coming out of the top of the tanker”
The Monongalia County Sheriff's Department says a truck overturned early Friday on Interstate 68, and started leaking a chemical called Toluene. via WBOY-TV
