Several arrested over holiday weekend
The Delbarton and Gilbert Police Departments, the West Virginia State Police and the Mingo County Sheriff's Department all made arrests during the past three-day holiday weekend, on charges that include assault and battery, transfer and receiving stolen goods and DUI, among others.
