A workshop for family caregivers will be offered on May 22, 10 a.m. to noon, at the Meigs County Senior Senior in Decatur.

The Chattanooga Times Free Press reports Meigs County officials spent several hours on Sunday evening trying to inflate bags under the plane and float it to a landing.

This project includes resurfacing and bridge deck repairs. Most of the work is scheduled to take place at night between the hours of 9 p. m.-6 a.m. on Sundays-Thursdays.
