Lincoln Police Department reports for Monday, Dec. 28 Hit-and-run on Dec. 19 at noon; 10th Street, 60 feet east of North Elm --Unknown vehicle --Linda B. Jackson, 59-year-old female, Lincoln; 2004 Nissan Altima The Jackson vehicle was parked on 10th Street in front of 304 10th, facing west.

When they start to bring in their crops, their machinery will be sharing the road with faster vehicles as nightfall arrives earlier and earlier each day.

The body of a missing Mason City man has been found, not far from his home. According to family members, the body of 27-year-old Dustin Englebrecht was found in a shallow grave, wrapped in a blanket, on the family farm.

The Mason County Sheriff 's department is searching for a young father. The man was last seen Friday and reported missing over the weekend.
