Goshen cops join Mahoning County seatbelt campaign
The department, in conjunction with the Sebring and Smith Township police departments, will participate in the Click It and Win campaign Monday through June 2 in which anyone stopped and found wearing their seatbelt will receive a coupon to Charlie Staples Restaurant in Youngstown.
