A Randolph man twice convicted of manufacturing methamphetamine in Portage County and who served prison time for the crime is facing new felony charges for having a mobile meth lab in a car he was driving in Mahoning County's Smith Township, according to WKBN-TV Youngstown.
However, with the help he received through the Youngstown Veterans Treatment Court, Evans, a Vietnam-era U.S. Army veteran, was able to turn things around.
