Local schools above state, regional averages in new CCRPI assessments

Madison County schools received a good report card for last year. The school system exceeded the state average in 2011-12 in the new College and Career Ready Performance Index , the state's new method of measuring school performance that has replaced the "pass/fail" of the Adequate Yearly Progress system.
