New business startups invited to Alabama crowdfunding seminar in Huntsville

Small businesses are invited to a free town hall meeting from 5:30-7 p.m. Aug. 12 at the Alabama A&M Wellness Center on 4011 Meridian St. The law, which was signed by Gov. Robert Bentley in April, allows new business startups to raise up to $1 million in capital through crowdfunding.
