Carson City The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court: A 23-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Nevada and 10th streets on suspicion of misdemeanor probation violation.

Commission allows deputies to continue to use Silver Springs shooting range

It has been five years since the announcement of an agreement that local entities would support the transfer of the Yerington/Anaconda Mine Site to have the federal EPA as the lead regulatory agency, amd that the site wouldn't be listed as a Superfund site.
