Loudon murder case goes to jury
The judge was ready to charge the jury just before noon in the murder trial of Gerald Davis Thomas, 54, whose public defenders rested their case this morning without calling any witnesses.

Since the DAG's burden of proof was "beyond a reasonable doubt", don't expect much argument on that. |
