Hail pounds parts of Lincoln County

Large hail pounded parts of North Platte, Lake Maloney and southern Lincoln County Wednesday night, breaking car windows as a fast-moving storm tore through the city around 6:30 p.m. The National Weather Service received reports of broken windows and damaged patio decks, especially in western and southern areas of Lincoln County.
