Around 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, a North Platte police officer on patrol observed Roman Reyes driving a gray GMC Yukon near the 300 block of West B. The officer knew that Reyes, 29, was wanted in Lincoln County for attempt of a Class 3A/4 felony as well as child abuse, police spokesman Rodney Brown said.
