Pedestrian struck by pickup in Lee County dies

Traffic was backed up on U.S. 19 after a man struck by a pickup truck. "The gentleman coming across from the other side of the street, the east side of the street on 19, darted out into traffic," said Lee County Sheriff Reggie Rachals.
