Larimer County government just got a little easier to understand. This week, Larimer County officials added a 'transparency' page to its Web site, known as the Virtual Courthouse.

I would like to know if our county commissioners are aware of how Foothills Gateway is spending the mil levy dollars from the taxpayers. In Denver, the CCB there writes a quarterly report that identifies where every single dollar is spent. Is Foothills spending money on persons with developmental disabilities or putting it in their reserves, or what?
