Crime rate down in Lafayette County more than 50 percent
The crime rate in Lafayette County decreased 52.8 percent for the first half of 2013, as compared to 2012 rates, according to data from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's Semi-Annual Uniform Crime Report, which was recently released.
