Uninsured rates higher in rural and manufacturing counties

INDIANAPOLIS -- Rural counties as well as areas in manufacturing-heavy Northern Indiana have some of the state's highest rates of residents lacking health insurance, according to county-by-county data on the uninsured released Monday by the U.S. Census Bureau.
