Allegedly impaired driver located unconscious by police in vehicle

A tip was received by the Knox County Sheriff's Department at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday of a possibly severely impaired driver that was driving and switching lanes erratically in the northbound lane of US 41. Sheriff Michael Morris was near US 41 at the time of the call, according to a press release issued by the KCSD, and attempted to locate the vehicle.
