Storm drops snow on parts of northwestern Oklahoma

The National Weather Service says northwestern parts of the state received more than 2 inches of snow from a storm system that moved across the region on Thursday.

Blackwell woman told statute of limitations has passed in rape case

Charlotte Pemberton- Ropp, 32, holds a childhood portrait of her son, Derek. She is wanting the Kay County District Attorney's office to bring criminal charges against her stepfather, who Pemberton-Rhopp says sexually abused her when she was a young girl.
