Flood advisory issued for portions of Mifflin, Juniata counties

The National Weather Service in State College has issued a small stream flood advisory for Southwestern Juniata County and Southwestern Mifflin County until 6:15 p.m. A flood advisory means that streams and creeks could rise or overflow their banks, but damage is expected to be minimal.
