Man arrested after Jim Wells County officer finds 48 pounds of marijuana in car

About 7:27 a.m. Friday, Deputy Edward Sanchez stopped the car the man was in for a routine traffic stop as it exited a ramp from U.S. Highway 281 onto State Highway 44, police said.
