Oa Guinn Responds To Dismissal As Carbondale Police Chief

Jody O'Guinn was dismissed as Carbondale Police Chief on Monday. City Manager Kevin Baity says it has nothing to do with any pending investigations or litigation, but O'Guinn refutes those claims, and goes on to say he was asked to resign.
