Mom arrested for leaving children ages 4-10 at home alone

Horseshoe Bend drowning victim's name released

According to the Cross County Sheriff Department, the body of Howard Dickey, 25, of Melbourne was recovered Monday morning at 7:45. Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence said at 1 p.m. Sunday, his office was told that a kayak had capsized with two men aboard.
