Hudson County named in pay-to-play lawsuit

Hudson County is the subject of the state's first known pay-to-play lawsuit. CFG Health Systems is accusing the county of circumventing the law when it awarded a contract for medical services at its corrections and juvenile detention centers to a campaign donor and former employee.
