Horry County police stop man for allegedly speeding, find $1 million worth cocaine

Robert Kegler said. Alejandro Valderrabano Contreras, 31, of Galivants Ferry is being held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center on charges of no South Carolina driver's license, speeding over 15 mph, but less than 25 mph and trafficking in cocaine 400 grams or more, according to jail records.
