Lawmakers lament 'unsustainable' budget

The $21 billion state budget recently signed into law "is unsustainable and fiscally irresponsible,'' state Rep. Ken Goodman told about 50 people attending Friday's legislative breakfast sponsored by the Laurinburg/Hoke County Chamber of Commerce.

Raeford man charged in shooting that wounded three
