Storm Team 12: Some evening rain/snow; much colder

A weather system over southwest Kansas this afternoon has sparked an area of rain and snow over southern Kansas, mainly south of US-54. There will be some modest half-inch to one inch accumulations of snow in Barber, Comanche and Harper county of Kansas.
