Rescue crews in Hamblen County are searching Cherokee Lake for a man who is believed to have drowned after the fishing boat he was in capsized and sank after being overtaken by a wave near the Hamblen-Jefferson county line, according to Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency officials.
