We are not meant to bury our young. This is the painful reality that hit home this week for the family of Bryce Nelson, a Gulf County teen who died on Monday from injuries sustained in an automobile accident a little more than one week prior.

H1N1 Vaccines Now Available to Gulf County General Public

Anyone in Gulf County who wants a swine flu shot has the opportunity. The Gulf County Health Department has been running inoculation centers, or PODs for several weeks, targeting high-risk populations first, as shipments of H1N1 vaccine arrived in the county.
