Investigators are still trying to determine if there are two people missing in the Holston River, near Mitchell Bend Rd.

BLAINE - Two people are missing Monday in Grainger County after the sports utility vehicle they were in plunged into the Holston River.

Sheriff Scott Layel says it happened around 3 Monday morning on the 1500 block of Mitchell Bend Road.
