Zach White got nothing more than a slap on the hand. Yes, he does have a pretty large sum of money to pay back, but there should be some jail time too(state time, not 2 possible months in county jail). What he did is a big deal. I live right by Titus Mountain. My property borders the Salmon River where he knowingly let raw sewage seep. That's not even talking about theft of electricity, and all of the stuff that was illegally buried, ect..

Why would someone else have gone to prison and not him?

Zachary White has been sentenced. If you don't like the punishment... then go tell the Judge.

Now they need to find out WHO paid him to commit the crime/crimes.

Hopefully... he *sung* a tune during the investigation, that we are not privy to.

I still maintain there was no proof that Mr. White stole any electricity, excpet his own testimony. Nationl Grid should be happy it's getting anything out of this.

As far as the DEC violations, he got caught, there was evidence, and he should pay. I don't know what others who have been convicted of similar crimes have been sentenced to, but a $15,000 fine is pretty hefty for a man with no job. I do not mean to demean the damage done to the river or bordering properties, I don't know how much the damage was. I am trusting that the 15K fits the crime, but if it doesn't then it's up to the judge to refuse the pleas on the DEC charges and send them matter to trial. I do believe there is a lot of evidence here.

Zac has done a lot of things to hurt the Mt. But he always made sure he padded his own pocket. So now is pay back.
He has also gotten labor violations for the way the staff were treated at the Mt.
He deserves everything he got plus he should have gotten jail time.
I guess he has this in common with Nancy Riech. They knew how to get around the legal system.

1. 15K isn't what I'd call light.
2. Re the theft of electricity, once again, what proof is there that he stole any, except his own testimony. How do you prove that someone stole something that disappears after it's been used? I would have loved to have been his attorney in that case.

now you're alleging that certain malone residents can control the clinton county and nys criminal and judicial systems. stranger and stranger.

and, who is his daddy, why won't you tell us? you sound like most of the wizards in Harry Potter when they talk about "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named ." but then again, all your arguments are based on some undefined group of "powers that be."

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Leo

You'll be action-oriented today, Leo. If truth be told, intense physical activity has the ability to soothe you much more than frenzied mental exercise. Invitations to madness are the wrong thing for you, but they are tempting nonetheless. Dig in your heels and do what you know you have to do. When driving this evening, take extra care.
