The Fountain County Council would like to get the county's Web site updated. County officials have discussed improving the site for several months, which has not been updated to include many of the current officeholders.

COVINGTON, Ind. -- Charges of forgery, theft and perjury were filed Tuesday against former Covington schools Superintendent Nate Evans after a recent State Board of Accounts audit.
