Man arrested in kidnapping of 5 kids during van theft; driver won't be charged

A 24-year-old man has been accused in the kidnapping of five children left alone in a children's transportation van that was left running and then stolen from outside a Jack In The Box restaurant, Houston police said Thursday.

Two arrested in Fort Bend bank robbery [PHOTOS]

Both men are part of a larger group of suspects who were part of an Aggravated Robbery of the Chase Bank, located in the 65800 block of South Fry Road, that occurred on Wednesday, July 16. In that case, three suspects entered the bank with at least one of the suspects holding a gun on bank personnel and customers.
