Camper charged in incident involving juveniles

On July 28, Jeffrey William McMurray Holt, 47, of Black Mountain, was arrested and charged with two counts of felony indecent liberties with a child, two counts of felony attempted second-degree sex offense and one count misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
