County board seeks policy before guaranteeing part of Root River Country Club loan
7. Fillmore County EDA director Cris Gastner presented the proposal. He said Dennis Langreck of Lime Springs, the new owner of the Root River Country Club, which is located south of Spring Valley and outside of city limits, requested $35,000 from Spring Valley's Revolving Loan Fund to upgrade equipment at the club.
