Man sentenced to prison, restitution in fraud case
BILLINGS, Mont. - A North Dakota man who received payments for wireless networking systems or energy systems that he never provided has been sentenced to nearly two years in prison and ordered to pay more than $106,000 in restitution.

Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Billings on March 26, 2009, before Chief U.S. District Judge Richard F. Cebull, LARRY B. SUCHY, a resident of North Dakota, pled guilty to 5 counts of wire fraud.
