The state appeals court has affirmed the drug conviction of Lewis Keller of Emmet County.

PETOSKEY - Emmet County's 57th Circuit Court judge Charles Johnson imposed no further sanctions on an Onaway man, who caused a chain reaction crash in 2009 that resulted in the death of four Gaylord men, during his deferred sentencing hearing Monday.
