Man, 89, Dies In Dorchester Crash
State police say an 89-year-old Woolford man was killed Thursday in a two-vehicle crash in Dorchester County.
The crash happened on Route 392 at East New Market Road. Police say the victim, Medford Travers, was in the front passenger seat of a car that rear-ended a stopped vehicle.
He was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at Dorchester General Hospital.
The man he was riding with, 20-year-old Alexander Travers of East New Market, had non life-threatening injuries. The Cambridge man in the stopped vehicle refused medical treatment. Read more
