DeKalb police: Man videotaped rape

DeKALB – A 27-year-old DeKalb man accused of videotaping an acquaintance while he raped her remained in DeKalb County jail Monday unable to post $25,000. Matthew J. Rogers, of the 200 block of West Deerpath Lane, was charged Friday with criminal sexual assault, unlawful restraint and eavesdropping.
