An Albany woman says she won't let vandals slow down her campaign to end crime in her neighborhood.Pat Ward put up a sign near her home on West Lincoln Avenue declaring it a No Prostitution Zone.Somebody spray painted over the words Wednesday.Ward is asking the young artist who created the first sign to make an even better one.
