Portales Man Pleaded to Third Degree Felony for Soliciting a Child

Thomas Morgan, 27, entered a plea Friday to Soliciting a Child, using an electronic device, for the purposes of engaging in a sexual act, a third degree felony, carrying a possible sentence of three years in the New Mexico Department of Corrections and registration as a sex offender.

N.M. grand jury rules killing was self-defense
