BRIDGETON - A city woman being held in the Cumberland County Jail for the death of an 8-year-old girl was indicted on manslaughter and child endangerment charges by a Cumberland County Grand Jury.

Brothers Patrick Spann, 33, and Charles Spann, 38, both of State Street, were arrested early Thursday morning after an alert citizen noticed the men allegedly stealing scrap metal from Courier Systems Inc. on Bank Street and contacted police.
