According to state police in Meadville 45 year old Michael Machalinski Jr of Albion, was traveling west on Dicksonburg Road in Summerhill Twp around 6 Saturday night, As he was approaching the intersection with Route 18, his back wheel reportedly locked up and the bike began skidding.
