High waters close several Region 8 roads

that way near the bay as well. be a week or more before the river goes down.

Yeah it's going to be a week or two before hwy 37 from Grubbs to Pennington will be open! I know I went to Oil Trough Sunday and my goodness the water was almost up to the highway and the water is so high at the Black River bridge at Jacksonport I doubt a boat can get under it right now,really looked spooky seeing the river up that high since that bridge is quite a ways up and what's so bad is you got more water coming down from up north on the Black River and then running into the White River and Cache River is going to be up for a while also!

So can we get to Oil Trough across hwy 14 yet?

I wonder if its gonna get worse before it gets better.We went out by shirey bay and the waters deeper than it was. I wonder if the game and fish will close the zone if u could get to a high spot there would be lots of deer.our spot is under water. lots of runt crops out that way
