KCC OKs compromise on power line
The Kansas Corporation Commission has approved an agreement between two electric transmission companies wanting to build a high-power transmission line from Spearville to Wichita.
The Comanche County sheriff has lost his battle with cancer. Sheriff Dave L. Timmons passed away early Monday morning at the Comanche County Hospital in Coldwater.
