2 lawsuits filed in Ariz. sweat-lodge deaths

The first two lawsuits against the personal-financial guru who led a fatal sweat-lodge ceremony was filed in Coconino County Superior Court on Friday, with a survivor and a victim's family members claiming wrongful death, negligence and fraud, among other allegations.
