Cleveland County sheriff's detectives are seeking information on the whereabouts of Pascual Salazar, 36, of Noble, who has been missing since May 23.

Officials with the Cleveland County jail said their newly opened detention center is facing the same overcrowding problems as the old facility.

Cole Hopper, 20, and Danielle Cooley, 19, were arrested by homicide investigators Wednesday in the slaying of Kelsey Bransby, 19.

An inmate who escaped from the William S. Key Correctional Center in Fort Supply on May 2 turned himself into authorities late Thursday night.

The Oklahoma County District Attorney charged Brian Vincent Krafton with four counts of embezzlement and one count of pattern of criminal offenses.

Krafton also ran a suspicious charity, posed as a former employee and was even offering financial advice for a fee without a license.
