Public safety: Homemade pyrotechnic powder caused fatal Olathe blast
Homemade pyrotechnic powder caused the explosion and fire Monday in which Ronald Brett Anderson died, officials said Wednesday.Pyrotechnic powder is extremely powerful and sensitive, officials said.
